In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), in contracts concluded at a distance or outside business premises, the consumer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for their decision.

The consumer may submit the notice of withdrawal to the company on a form or by an unambiguous statement clearly indicating that he is withdrawing from the contract (it may also be oral, e.g. given by telephone). The consumer is deemed to have given the notice of withdrawal on time if he sends it within the deadline set for withdrawal from the contract.

In connection with the withdrawal from the contract, the consumer only bears the costs of returning the goods.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods if the diminished value is the result of conduct that is not strictly necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows tracking of the shipment and that you prepare the goods appropriately for transport (you can use the original packaging or other suitable safe packaging). Any return costs are covered by the buyer. We do not accept COD shipments.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the company shall immediately, or at the latest within 14 days of receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract, refund all payments received. The company shall refund the payments received to the consumer using the same means of payment as the consumer used, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to use another means of payment and the consumer does not bear any costs as a result. The consumer is not entitled to reimbursement of additional costs incurred if he has expressly opted for a type of delivery other than the most affordable standard delivery offered by the company. In the case of a sales contract, the company may withhold the refund of payments received until the returned goods have been received or until the consumer has provided proof that he has sent the goods back, unless the company offers the option of collecting the returned goods himself.

V skladu z Zakonom o varstvu potrošnikov (ZVPot-1), pri pogodbah, sklenjenih na daljavo ali zunaj poslovnih prostorov, ima potrošnik pravico, da v 14 dneh obvesti podjetje, da odstopa od pogodbe, ne da bi mu bilo treba navesti razlog za svojo odločitev.

Obvestilo o odstopu lahko potrošnik predloži podjetju na obrazcu ali z nedvoumno izjavo, iz katere jasno izhaja, da odstopa od pogodbe (lahko je tudi ustna, npr. podana po telefonu). Šteje se, da je potrošnik podal odstopno izjavo pravočasno, če jo pošlje v roku, določenem za odstop od pogodbe.  

Potrošnik v zvezi z odstopom od pogodbe krije samo stroške vračila blaga. 

Potrošnik odgovarja za zmanjšanje vrednosti blaga, če je zmanjšanje vrednosti posledica ravnanja, ki ni nujno potrebno za ugotovitev narave, lastnosti in delovanja blaga. 

Priporočamo, da uporabite dostavno službo, ki omogoča sledenje pošiljke ter da blago ustrezno pripravite za transport (pri tem lahko uporabite originalno embalažo oz. drugo ustrezno varno embalažo). Morebitne stroške vračila krije kupec. Pošiljk z odkupnino ne sprejemamo.

V primeru odstopa od pogodbe podjetje nemudoma oziroma najpozneje v 14 dneh po prejemu obvestila o odstopu od pogodbe vrne vsa prejeta plačila. Podjetje vrne prejeta plačila potrošniku z enakim plačilnim sredstvom, kot ga je uporabil potrošnik, razen če se je potrošnik izrecno strinjal z uporabo drugega plačilnegasredstva in če potrošnik zaradi tega ne nosi nobenih stroškov. Potrošnik ni upravičen do povračila dodatnih stroškov, ki so nastali, če se je izrecno odločil za drugo vrsto pošiljke, kakor je cenovno najugodnejša standardna pošiljka, ki jo ponuja podjetje. Pri prodajni pogodbi lahko podjetje zadrži vračilo prejetih plačil do prevzema vrnjenega blaga ali dokler potrošnik ne predloži dokazila, da je blago poslal nazaj, razen če podjetje ponudi možnost, da samo prevzame vrnjeno blago.
