Of course! If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, even if you have already tried it on or removed the packaging. For returns, please write to us at hello@ginaswoofs.com and fill out the return form.

Once we receive the product, we will arrange an exchange or refund (depending on your wishes).

Important: The product should be in a resaleable condition, no matter if you have opened the packaging or measured the product.

The equipment (leash, harness and collar) can be washed by hand or in the washing machine at 60°C with a mild detergent. Add a towel to protect the washing machine drum from metal parts.
